Job Description:
As a Senior HR Executive in our e-commerce business operations, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our human resources strategies and initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR planning and recruitment, human capital management, team management and rewards, HR analytics, talent management, organizational culture, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Planning & Recruitment:
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to source candidates, including online platforms, job fairs, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
2. Human Capital Management:
• Implement effective human capital management strategies to optimize employee performance and engagement.
• Develop and administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Managing Teams and Rewards:
• Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Administer rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain high-performing employees.
• Conduct regular employee evaluations and recommend promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions as necessary.
4. Talent Management:
• Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to nurture talent within the organization.
5. Organizational Culture & Change Management:
• Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Communicate effectively with employees to manage expectations and address concerns during periods of change.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree also preferred).
• Proven experience as an Senior HR executive or HR executive role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
